Andrea Wheelock

Andrea Wheelock joined Deutsches Haus in 2010. She is a certified German teacher (DAF-German as a foreign language), and holds an M.A. in Linguistics (Sprechwissenschaften), and a postgraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Halle, Germany. She worked as a speech-language pathologist in Berlin, Germany, and as a German instructor at various institutions in New York City.

Currently, she supervises the Goethe-Institut certificate exams and coordinates the Kids' Program. She also works as an adjunct instructor and teaches kids classes as well as adult beginner levels.
